Plus, our coffee beans are locally roasted here in Houston Texas, by Greenway, a few days before your event so you can be sure you are drinking super fresh coffee.

If you’d like to make it even more special, we can customize your experience by adding your names to each coffee cup and even adding a custom label in front of our coffee cart. See our examples below!

How Much Does our Coffee Catering Service Cost?
On your wedding day, we will start serving post-ceremony and continue serving all the way to send-off which can normally be two hours.
We start our pricing at $650, which includes:
2 hour espresso bar, bottomless drinks (hot & iced), personal barista, and all consumables needed (coffee, milks, milk alternatives, sugars, cups, lids) for small/intimate weddings.
You also have the options to add-ons:
Custom cup labeling, custom labeling for coffee cart, and an extra hour of espresso bar service.

What Kind of coffee drinks do you serve?
We have a menu of 15 drinks and are always expanding. With our locally roasted beans we serve the usual drinks like, Cappuccino, Flat White, Americano, to more specialty drinks like lattes, seasonal drinks and custom drinks (Graham Cracker latte, Honey Lavender latte…etc) You can find our menu options here, and if you have a special request feel free to contact us.
Do you provide milk alternatives?
Yeup, we are happy to serve your coffee with oat milk or almond milk upon request.
Can you set-up anywhere?
Yes! We have served coffee wedding catering in Houston and surrounding areas like Cypress, The Woodlands, Humble and more. Since we are mobile, we can set up both indoor and outdoor depending on the reception area. We will coordinate with you and/or the venue to ensure we have the proper space and outlet to connect to.
How do I get my coffee cups labeled?
We make this process simple for you, once you request the custom add-on we will contact you to get any preference o wedding style inspiration. Our designer will create a couple of mock-ups for you and you will decide which best fits your style. We will collaborate with you and make sure you approve before the final print for your wedding day.
